Hi, I would be glad if someone could answer my following quarry regarding proof of fund.
I have applied in FSW category and have a family of four members. I understand that have to show a fund near CAD 22,000, me and my wife have two individual bank accounts and one joint bank account. Moreover I have a saving certificate (like fixed deposit) worth CAD 7000 purchased with another bank. The sum of these is CAD 21,170.
However I have three Saving Certificates worth CAD 8000, which are purchased jointly in my name and my brother's name and I am 50% ( CAD 4000) owner of those saving certificate.
My question is – can I show those saving certificates as proof of fund?
Thank you
i am not 100% confirm but i think u can't show any joint account with anyone as POF other than ur spouse
