proof of foreign work exp under FSW

I have one year of foreign work experience. I have a employer reference letter. However, i receive payment in the form of cash so no way i could get the paystub. My question for you is:

1. Has any of you been requested by CIC to provide the paystub for the foreign work experience ?
2. In case i could not provide the paystub. Whats gonna happen to my app ? will my app be found of misrepresentation ?
