So I have both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, but I have ECA for Master’s only.
Should I mention Bachelor’s degree in education history or should I include it in personal history. Additionally, should I add documents of Bachelor’s degree along with the documents for Master’s degree, or separately within a Letter of Explanation (LOE)?
AFAIK, you can do either ways. You can add the Bachelor's degree in education history too. If your masters (highest degree) is validated by WES, it means the pre-requisite for masters is a bachelors indeed. However, your masters evaluation will supersede the bachelors. You can also add few lines in LOE regarding the same.
