WES ECA query: Necessary to send Graduation transcripts for Master's degree evaluation?

Hi,

I am an MCA and did B.Sc. before that.

For required documents for University education, WES website states the following:

For all applicants submitting a Master’s Degree or PGDip earned on top of a three year Bachelor’s Degree (12+3+2) for evaluation, WES requires that you provide your Bachelor’s degree documents, otherwise WES cannot complete the evaluation.

Does this mean that I will have to send Academic transcripts for both B.Sc. and MCA although they are not very related?
