My husband's employer would like to promote him and willing to get a new lmo for the supervisory job. my questions are:
1 is the application requirements the same as hos first application for wp?
2 does he need to apply for a new trv if his trv is still valid till 2015?
3 can he submit his application within canada pr at port of entry?
4 how about police clearance does he need one from canada or from our home country? Lastly
5 does his employer need to give him employment certificate or just a letter stating that he want to promote him?
Please help. I would appreciate any advice, since we dont want to seek any services from lawyers or agencies, its a waste of money... Thanks!
