Prohibitions in progress

Hey, any IRCC staff browsing this forum? Need help understanding what exactly goes into prohibitions check!! If background checks are cleared, why is the delay with prohibitions!

My language and physical presence completed nearly two months ago. Stuck with prohibitions for no obvious or logical reason.

Hey did ur prohibitions got completed sorry to ask my prohibitions got stock evryting else completed

No update yet. Still waiting. Order GCMS notes from IRCC but not much info there so ordered new one from CBSA now.

Don’t know whether to be happy or get stressed out more
My Background finally was completed on 19 July (Reflected on 21st July) but just got off the phone with the agent and he said Prohibitions still not started
Only prohibitions is left for me
July 2022 applicant here

Hi, I am also in same boat. My prohibitions is in Progress since 1 and half month.

I have assault criminal record in canada in 2019. I am assuming its impacting my prohibitions status. Fingers crossed.

I’m in the same boat everything cleared except for my prohibition and physical presence. I finished my probation in 2019 and got my pr after that . Chargers were withdrawn back then.

I saw that you posted that you did an interview, how did it go? and did they bring up your charges during the interview ?
