Profile Ineligible

Hello everyone,

I need some help to understand my application status.

I filled all the forms related to my application including my spouse's information. Even though I was found eligible through eligibility test at the beginning, I received a denial letter saying that my profile is ineligible after signing and submitting my application.

When I check my detailed application status, I see that there is no score for any quality (even for my age).

I am afraid that there is a technical problem or sth like that or I made a mistake which makes me feel nervous.


My IELTS scores: Listening 8.5, Reading 8.0, Writing 6.5, Speaking 7.5
I have almost 3 years of experience, 2 years in NOC 5125 and almost 1 year in NOC 4032
POF: 15531 for two family members including me

My spouse's scores. Listening 5.5, Reading 5.0, Writing 5.5, Speaking 5.0
5 years of experience in NOC 1121

Can anyone enlighten me with any info?

What should I do now? Should I create a whole new profile and if I do so is this one gonna be deleted? It seems impossible for me to modify it since I transmitted.

Spouse's: Master's Degree (confirmed also) Forestry Industrial Engineering

Yes, I did that actually and created my profile for application. However, it was found ineligible after submitting all the forms and I cannot change any information right now.

Should I create a new profile with a new e-mail address?
