Profile Evaluation - Work profile different from education

HI,

Iam new to this forum. I would like to know my eligibility to apply for a student visa in Canada. Iam really confused because my area of studies is different from my work profile. Now iam looking for a post graduation that can align with my work experience.
Age: 33
Education: Batchelors of Arts (3 years Degree)
Location: India
Work : IT Support (Desktop Support / Helpdesk/ IT Operations)
Marital Status: Married
Work Experience - 8 years
Ielts : Overall 6.5
GMAT: 610
Undergraduate Percentage:70%
Graduation Percentage: 54%
Professional Certification: ITIL Expert

Also it would be great if anyone could suggest a good Post graduation course related to IT (IT Infrastructure).
