Processing Time With Job Offer

Hi Friends,

I am applying from Australia. Here the Processing time is 9 to 15 months.....can u plz tell me if i have a full job offer letter with all kind of goverment approval than can i get my Skilled Worker Visa Early than Normal Time.....

If you fall in a category that the job you do cannot be filled by a Canadian and the employer can prove this. Its a matter I think about 3mos or less depending how needy the employer need you.
