Does it matter if I sent a small Xpress pre-paied envelop 26X16 instead of the 32X24 envelope ?

Has anyone here applied using the New "online process" by uploading all documents electronically? I completed this yesterday for my wife and me, paid our fees and received confirmation of our submission from CIC. The e-mail also said to not mail any passports/other documents unless asked for. I am waiting for the CIC e-mail now, that tells me my case has been processed and either asks me to mail them our passports or mails us the counterfoils to affix ourselves?

Not sure what the next step is, but I have a flight out on Feb 14th and I'm worried sick. Maybe I should have just applied by mail? I saw that the online processing time was 2 days less and chose to try it.

Any insight would be much appreciated - Thanks in advance!!!

I submitted an online application on January 22nd, I expect the CIC to request our passports (hopefully) around Feb 5th based on the processing times posted. Keeping my fingers crossed!

So far I haven't heard anything back except the submission confirmation.

Have you submitted an application? If so, when did you submit? Have you heard anything back?
