They replied to my email saying the application was finalized and will be returned as soon as possible. I didn't receive anything today, which means I'll have to change my Monday's flight.
god do not know what to do, after waiting 38 days i asked to send my wife and child passport on Monday 13th so they can catch their flight on Friday the 17 th they reply on wednesday they said they withdraw their passport and will be mailed at the same day , unfortunately did not come not even in the mail , i do not know is it canadapost or their problem.
The same thing is happening to me (Out for delivery Since Aug 14). I called Canada Post today and they said it was delivered to the Business Mail Room, however they have opened a incident case for the package. I have also sent an email to CPP-O regarding this. I hope they have received it. *Fingers Crossed*
I got a reply from them, pretty standard saying that they cant check the status of application b'coz of high volume of correspondence received. They can not provide any estimated processing times too as they are working on it. and blah blah blah. Nothing really answered my query too.

- They received on july 23, they sent it back to me on august 20.
- mail took 1 day going, 2 days coming back.

Hi guys.. the immigration office had received my application on the 23rd of July and I received it on the 21st of August. However, I had applied for a worker TRV but they gave me a student one under the category SW-1. My earlier student one was S-1 category. I was expecting this new one to be a W-1 category as I have started working and have a valid work permit while my student permit has expired. Did anyone else have the same problem too? I am trying to call them at the call center but the call keeps getting disconnected when the wait for agent begins. Can anyone please help me with the phone number?
Also, they did not deliver the mail to my mailbox, instead put it in the office mailbox of my building's superintendent's office. So if anyone whose delivery status is shown as accepted or successful but are unable to locate theirs, you could check with your building's super/concierge. Hope this helps.
