Processing time of PRTD application submitted electronically(by email)-VAC closed-INDIA

Can you please help me in application as i applied on 29th of Nov and still didnt get any reply. I think i must have made a mistake in application. Please help me with that.

Email sent: November 28
Passport request: December 13
VFS payment link received: December 14
Received Bluedart awb: December 14
Dropped off Passport to Bluedart location: December 14
Delivered to VFS Delhi: December 16
Under process at IRCC: December 17
Counterfoil generated and passport dispatched: December 21

Can you please tell what did they send you in that email? Did they give you any application number? And do you know where PRTD application processed? In your home country or Canada? I applied on Dec4. Still waiting

I sent it on IRCC.COVIDPRTD-TVRPCOVID.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

They send the application number in the passport request email.

I have no clue where they process it( probably in Canada, not so sure)

I actually sent them 2 emails. One on November 24 and one on November 26( just checked my sent email)
I thought I sent the wrong subject format , that’s why sent the whole email again on 26th.

You will receive passport request in your promotions mailbox. It happened with everyone. So do check it.

PRTD based on H&C don’t have a standard processing time. Easily can be 6 months to a year.

Hi, Please help me with the PRTD application process.

How do I need to pay? Do I pay online and attach a payment receipt in my application? Or would payment be requested when the passport submission is requested?

Do I also have to attach VFS consent form along with the application?
