Has one applied for PRTD after March 2nd week and received PPR?

Hi Sowmya I applied on March 26th and today I got the message from VFS that my passport is processed by IRCC and is courier back to me .. hope it helps

He is 29 years old, and he does not want to pay for lawyer, he just wants to try by chance, because there has been cases like this , that had gotten travel document and returned back to canada.

It is very rare for someone who is 29 to get approval but he has nothing to lose.

I'm not sure if i am supposed to pay my fees now, i don't really know how and where to pay.
or if i have to send an email and they will send me payment link later.
I am getting mixed response.

You need to pay fees and it’s 50 cad for PRTD and it’s required before you apply for visa , you can pay online and attach the official receipt

Yes that should be good enough to prove your residence obligation , apart from that I also attached my tax return as well while applying

Hi Guys,

I has sent mine and my wife's PRTD application ( in a single email) on 26th March. My wife has received her passport request on 14th April but I haven't received any separate email . Should I wait for receiving mine separately?
Also, In my wife's passport request the very first line says : "· VFS is our trusted partner for safe and secure passport transmission. Using VFS services is the only way to submit your passport. A separate envelope is required for each passport. " - Not sure if it is a standard line or it meant I can send my passport as well? In the VFS webform they don't allow more then one passport anyways.

Please let me know your thoughts?

Hello,
My husband received his COPR in February 2021, he was stuck in Canada due to Covid, and we had prior plans to come to India jn March, so we came here in March 2021. His COPR letter clearly states that, in case he needs to travel outside Canada before applying for PR card, he needs to apply for PRTD. We had reconfirmed this with CIC as well.

however, now looking at PRTD process, it states we need to meet residency obligations and that he needs to be with a PR (could be me) who is working outside Canada deployed by Canadaian business.

can someone advise us if he can still get a PRTD? We got the COPr after a long wait and are hopeful we are able to get back smoothly.

Hello guys,
I have applied for PRTD via email, on March 31, 2021. But still I did not receive any email back from them. I am still waiting for passport request. Can anyone please let me know if you applied around that time and if you already received any email or not yet.
