I think eemmoo is right in saying that this processing timelines are useless and doesn't reflect current trend. Look @ current trend at NDVO. They have started issuing MR based on initial application to CIO, whereas they started processing based on receipt of documents. Also, most of pre-june applicants, who are waiting, have exceeded the current processing timeline mentioned on the web.
I wish someone would clarify it once and for all.
For me, does the count start from May 2010 when I sent my docs; or July 2010 the date on my 2nd AOR?
If its July, I should be getting my PPR in December 2012, when my meds have reached LVO in mid March. Thats ridiculous!
What about the people who got PPRs a couple of months after sending their meds??

Beckett, I will still stick to my earlier comment. And also request you not to make your hopes based on these published processing times. Nevertheless, these are times for past and not in anyway reflect the future processing trends. Also each case takes time based on individual merit. Some cases are subject to more verifications than others thereby taking more time to finalise. I believe you are lucky having Medicals done and waiting for last step which could be just around the corner.
Maam, if it were from CIO, it could have mentioned explicitly over the website. This is another reason of why processing time for MI 2 applicants have not been published yet. As they were required to send COMPLETE APPLICATION to CIO rather than to Visa Office. I hope this is clear now.

Thanks. I do very much hope you are right. I feel like I am at the end of my tether with this waiting game. The frustration is getting claustrophobic.
All the best for you meanwhile.
Beckett
Staralihaider, do you still think the ones who sent their meds in Feb/March/April will get their PPRs between July-September in light of this new info??
Beckett.
Buddies this is all history. They say that till March 31 , 80% of the MI1 applicants at LVO, had their cases completed in 29 months. 80% of the NDVO applicants of MI1 during the same period had their cases completed in 23 months. So this is something we already know, and not need to worry about. Let us hope that things will improve now. Cheers
