no. I haven’t got any updates since passing the medical exams. I believe it might take about 3 months since passing medical.

hi Manoja. Did you get that information from Canadian embassy in Colombo or IRCC. I called them several times but never gave us specific info

HI I emailed to the embassy they have replyed me saying it`s in a wait list pile for visa officer to see. I dont think they will give you any info by phone !

hi! thanks so much. i live in SL. should i mention the address of my husbands home (in SL) in my background details form.
since i stayed there for 1 month.(after the wedding) and now i stay back at my parents house as nobody is in my husbands house.(his parents live in Canada too)

This My Timeline You will wait Some Time , They will Update soon .

Everything until medical follows regular timeline for most of the applicants but after the medical, how long it takes rely on the visa officers and how many applicants are ahead of you waiting for visa officer’s final approval. Usually it takes 6-9 months in total

Yes it could take more time. My husband did his medical on October 2019 and no updates since that. We apply on April 2019.

Ya. You may be right. We applied on September 2019. We are in very early stage I guess. But we completed everything including medical. Hope some miracle happens so that we will get PPR soon.
