They asked us to send the CSQ (because I live in Quebec ), the original marriage certificate and to pay the permanent residence fees .

Were you requested to submit a new Schedule A and marriage photographs? We were asked for these in September after medical.

We actually don't use GCKey, so not sure what it says on there. We mainly use the ECAS system. We ordered GCMS notes last month and it showed that they had received our Schedule A. From my understanding, they'll only start processing the application after the 30 day deadline stated on the request letter has passed. Within the 30 days they won't touch the application.

Hi Rob.usually it takes only 25 days to receive the CSQ, but for me it took almost 4 months because the departement had received an exceptional volume of applications. When did you apply?

I did not apply for the CSQ yet. I received an acknowledgement that i met the federal eligibilities but i haven't received the actual confirmation yet to send it in with my CSQ application. Did it take you a few days to receive the actual confirmation from the day you got the acknowledgement?
