One of my friend told me that his wife came here after her med expired. I said that is impossible. He said it happend. Does this mean once you get visa, you can stay up to 3 months even if your med expires?

hi Toronto guys..i told u guys abt my friend who got visa in 5 months..ya i asked abt it... she got married in October and her hubby applied mid of December ..wt a miracle she got visa first week of May ...u know she had gone 5 times there and asked abt the status they just said its in process tats it ..such a lucky girl ...

There is no any update in my side also, Mell and Watnxt I have few question , please tell me what do I want to do,

1) Do they send a Letter before our Medical Expire, asking to Redo- Medical : or do they ask to redo- Medical after our medical Expire.
2) Is there any ability( Capability to Embassy) to renew our Medical for another Two weeks after our Medical Expiration.( then we can keep our hope for another two weeks)
3) Is it ok if I go to Embassy for Inquiries now, or do I want stay more until they call me.

Hey dhana,
as far as I know the embassy can't renew the meds.. So sadly that's out of the question. But I might be wrong. The embassy informs u after ur meds expire asking u to redo them. U have been waiting patiently all this time, but I would go to the embassy now.
