Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

I don’t know if anyone would be able to answer this, but does anyone know if the high commissions in Sri Lanka have started working again? They transferred our file about a month ago, but after what happened in Sri Lanka, I dont know if they started working again.

I believe they are working. I received my medical request recently

Hi i have applied on april 1st week and i haven’t heard any updates on the process ,so can i know the current whole process period?

It will take around 6 weeks minimum for the AOR, which is the first update.

Well, the official processing time is 12 months. But it can be more or less depending on the case.

Total Spousal Visa Processing time is 12 Months, If you Summit all necessary documents they will approved 8 to 10 months. All applicant must do marriage as well as Registration remember it. Otherwise they can ask more documents and take time. ( Its my Personal Experience )

Yes Its a very Hard time, Same Situation happen in my application too. Wait Some weeks they will update further notification .

10 months since application submitted, 6 months since file transferred to Colombo, 5 months since medical and 0 update or movement. Super frustrating!

in my cause they not ask any previous medical report or vaccination card etc...
