end nov 2016 process in colombo
Dec medical received colombo
Feb document request
March backround process
May 22 2017 got a email for photo and passport requsted to vfc with in 30 days
Totally it tooked to apporved 5 months

Hi I have been flowing this form for the last 11 months . Would like to share my timeline.

Applied may 5th
Transfer to colombo June 23
Ppr may 10th 2017

About 11 months processing time

My baby will be here on the first of june

Did you get confirmation email from Colombo visa office? My file is also transferred to Colombo office on 21st March, I got email from mississauga regarding file transfer. Since then no updates so far. Ecas "In Process" on 27th March.

No email from Colombo visa office.
But my ecas have add a new line like this -

1. We started processing your application on xxx -xx-xxx
2. some visa offeice did not send aor2

My husband's eca is like this since 2 months. No medical request even.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on xxx-xx-xxx.

Hi all. I am a Pakistani married to a srilankan living in colombo for almost 2 years now. My husband is a Canadian PR holder he also hasn't gone to canada since two years. But now he has to go before nov otherwise his PR will expire. He will go to canada and will send in my application ASAP. Please help us make this process smoothe and fast. Any suggestions and help is welcomw. Thank you

My husband got ppr request last week tuesday and got his passport with visa back today.. First I would like to thank everyone on this forum for the big help.. the process has been way too long and stressing.. but finally it came to an end.. and took us 18 months to go through it.. wishing everyone on this forum good luck and hang in there..
