Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

Will they notify when our docs have been received at Colombo Visa office?

How long did y'all have to wait after SA for PPR?

Yes they will notify you once they started processing your file in colombo visa office. Not so much when they receive it. Our process took about 14 months. You can see our time line on my profile. Hope this helps.

If it's not what's the right email address to contact them? I've tried twice through the address above and still I haven't received a response. I'm really.. really.. REALLY.. nervous and stressed out. Not sure if I could survive for so long..

Hi vijay one of my friend who is sponsoring his wife applied in july 2015 last month he contacted cic through Mp and got PPR immediately.

Hope soo...frustation at its peak now...no idea how this is going to end and when i am gona start lifee...this canadian system is needs to be change or else many lifes gonna face critical issues in their personal relationship.
