Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

hey guys! I'm not sure whether I'm in the write thread but I have a question regarding my family sponsorship.

I have applied to sponsor my parents and my younger sister in April 2011. In Jan 2017 they have sent a letter asking to submit the passport of all 3 of them.
we submitted the passports via vfsglobal/srilanka on 12th Jan 2017 and they told my parents they will get to know something in a week.
but it has been two weeks now.

Is it normal? i checked the status ii CIC website and it only shows "decision made' and I have tried calling the visa office they did not say anything except decision made and they will email regarding the passport.

any ideas or comments?

I submitted remedical june 2016. no police clearance straight ppr don't worry bro feb u will get ppr

Hi DOnt worry tats normall..you will get a call or email from vfs when the visa is ready......if it is taking more than two weeks then please goto vfs and clarify it

no.. i submited everything on feb 2016 after tat no update... wife did mp enqueiry they said backgroud check is still pending.... wat about ur case? Is ur wife sponsering u or?

Yes my wife is sponsoring me ! I submitted all documents n aug/2015 ! still no updates! My wife also did MP inquiry and they said they will tell the outcome by tomorrow! Lets see
