Do you receive passport request via email or letter?
On ECAS it says "We sent you correspondence on December XX, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required." ...
we haven't received any letter and do not know what else could be required.
Please share your thoughts... I am sooo nervous...

Did you get a correspondence requesting for additional documents? If so, did you submit them?
I also have the very same thing showing in my Ecas, I got an E-mail requesting for some additional documents, and I submitted them. But, even after submitting it remains the same..( status not updated as they received the docs) but I confirmed that they received the docs through gcms notes..

For the no. Of individuals in the app, you have to type 2. You know there are these questions asking about the province and city where your husband gonna live after he comes, on the same page, the last question (if I'm not wrong) they're asking about the no.of individuals

I got the letter first, then this update in the Ecas showed up.. the correspondence was requesting for my NIC copy, my husband's t4 statement, notice of assessment, 4 pp size photographs.. the list is NOT same for all. Some are being requested with copy of alteration pages of the pp.. So wait until you get the correspondence. But if it's taking long, try to contact CIC..
