Hey, I beleive you have to send the original police clearance by registered mail not by email. If I were you, I would send the original police clerance by registered mail and also send the PDF of it by email to be on the safe side
Hey Vijay, even if the office is open around the holiday times, I think the visa issuing officer will be in Canada with their family for the holidays so I dont think they will be issuing any visa around Christmas time. This is only my guess afterall this whole immigration process/procedure is just a guessing game.

thats true lav... Canada immigration process is more tougher for spouse application day by day and the new process shows as 12 month however according to me 12 months is also not happy news for spouse application...and they said 80% or 90% of application will be process within 12 month(we all know how cic play tricky with that 10%)

Hope they will issue visa without the officers because we met all the requirements
Hopefully for they have assistant or something ... Already waited too long :'(
