heyyy guys!

i am back. i was a kinda busy.
so how is everyone.
i heard frust got his re medical letter.
congrats!!!! you are in the same timeline has i am.
hope everyone gets good news.
its been 2 weeks since my hubby did his re medical.
guess it will take about 10 more weeks for the viisa.

Guys!!! my husband got an email now saying that his medical forms are on the way and they asked for an updated police clearance for him for the past year

they have also asked us to refill some other form with his address in SL, coz when we applied, he lived in uk and his residential address was the uk address.

im glad they sent the medical forms now itself without waiting for the other additional info from us

how long will it take after sending the passports for the visa?
i mean after the re medical the embassy will call you for the passport, so after then how much more time?

i have tried calling many times, and there is no way they'll talk to you. they say they just cant release any info on the phone and that we have to fax them the inquiry. we wont get past the receptionist.
so when i was in SL, when the receptionist answered i asked to speak to a person X (i knew the name, coz that was the only person's name mentioned in my caips notes-i dont know if its a visa officer; i think they forgot to white out the name, usually there were only codes to ppl's names, but this name and her code appeared many times in my caips), so i spoke to her, but she would not say anything...all she said was u have to fax ur question and that im within the normal timeline, she dint even bother asking my name or file number.

@canadian parrot,
usually its 1 or 2 days after u give ur passport, they stamp the visa.

Also guys, is it always 3 months for the remedicals? do ull know of any one who has got it before 3months? Earlier in this forum sharmi's husband got it after about 70 days, whichi is not bad...its so hard to wait another three months

Canadian parrot i hope u get urs soon, that'll give some hope to the rest of us waiting.... hey are u having ur wedding in Canada?

fax them with ur spouse's name, file number and date of birth. thats what they told me

i added two columns in the spreadsheet with countdown from remedicals until visa issue.
