You can't visit the office, that's for sure. Send another email? Mention your application number or UCI number? Also, check your other folders, spam, etc.

Thank you for the reply. Sorry I mistakenly understood as can visit . As you advised i will send them another mail. however is there any other ways i could contact them? Or anything i could do here ?since its almost one year now and we are really worried.

Did you check Gckey account? you can raise query through webform too?
Don't worry, you will get MR in July. I have seen applicants who received MR towards the end of the process and after MP, they got PPR in few days to 2 weeks. Colombo office usually process most of the Spouse sponsor applications within 12 months and I think most likely July or first week of Aug you will get PPR.

Don't worry, you will get MR in July. I have seen applicants who received MR towards the end of the process and after MP, they got PPR in few days to 2 weeks. Yes I have checked Gckey and contacted Canadian IRCC via webform and they said my file has been moved to colombo office in Jan and no medical request have been sent so far by them. Is there any webform specifically to srilankan visa office?

I think normally our enquiry through webform will be directed to Colombo office. When my husband raised webform, we got reply through mail from the Colombo migration section (mail id - colombo-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca).

So far I haven't used this IRCC Webform - Colombo (cic.gc.ca web form. I used canadian form. This is really helpful . I will raise a quire via this one . Thank you very much

It's very common for the medical to take time to be approved. Mine took one and a half months. As long as the clinic has sent in the medical results, you're okay.

Received the request on April 19/20.

Did it on April 21st.

It was received/approved on June 10th.

I read somewhere in this thread that only Aramex accepts passports.
Payment - For VFS to send the passport back? If you didn't make the payment initially, I think you can only provide a bank draft. That's what they told me.

Look on the vfs page for your country, select apply for a visa and then the submit documents button for information.
