When did everyone see background check in process in their gckey? Does it change for everyone at some point or do people get visa without background check status changing on gckey?

HI Can someone tell me how long my spouse have to wait till he get his PR. He did his medical and he passed the medical test and its going to be almost three months now. No update on CIC still it says we are reviewing you eligibility we will let you know once we start the background check.

Its been more than 3 months since my wife completed her medical exam and we still havent got anything.

i finished my medical before six month and interview finished in before 2 week still waiting for ppr

I have just listen to the cic services.background check has changed to procesing. But still checking eligibility.
