Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

We were thinking about this earlier. But my lawyer didnt agree with it. He said if somehow the visa is rejected then it will be a problem with my application. So better not to. This is just my idea. Better ask from other friends too

Who is your lawyer? I didn't hire any lawyer but doing my stuff alone ? Is it better to hire a lawyer ? I mean common guys can't you even visit your wife or husband even for a vacation? Why would the visa be rejected?

I asked the colombo visa empasy reqarding of visitor visa for my wife while she waiting for my vacation

Waiting is painful so i planned to ask empassy while waiting i can apply for visitor visa for my wife in my christmass vacation

That' s alright. it was just my idea. because it's easy for me .I 'm living in Vancouver and my immigration consultant in Toronto said it is so difficult to get a visit visa specially to spouses. may be you can try. i wish you good luck.

I love to but i incase if temp visa apporved and after 1 week spouse apporoved then she have to come back to sri lanka
So its complicate it

So i decided to be patient and wait foe the result i guess 80% all will get result end of dec so waiting patient is smart way i think

thats almost a year .. you have applied in the old application forms right ? on december 2016 they changed the forms & reduced the timings right ?

But who ever apply before dec 07 2016
80% chance to get result before dec 2017

Who ever apply with new applications
Granteed less than 12 months ( 100% )

Now they reduce the waiting time after
dec 07 2016
