Hi Vaish, we applied in June 2015, 15 months passed and waiting to get a date for the interview since March and they keep telling us to wait until we hear from them.
Like my medical now changed to not needed at this time plus MY BACKGROUND check is in process from july 25th so its been 2 months and I dont noe how long we have to wait now and he never went out of country so its just so annoying at this point I start to think that there might be interview and he proally have to be wait in line to be called like ur husb. Lav... And it might be forever to get ppr... I dont noe wat to do.. Apolize for this long message

Waiting since June-July 2015 is a very long stretch, I will pray for your speedy acceptance. Anyways, are you sponsoring your husband or wife? That might be an issue as well. Because, I personally know 3 guys who sponsored their wives from Sri Lanka in June, August. All of their wives were here within 7-8 months.

Hey shan I am sponsoring my husband.. I am nov 2015 applicant... Medical expired sept 14 and didnt get a request for remedical so I am still waiting.. How abt you ru sponsoring wife or husband.. And is ur background check in process
did re-medicals 2 months ago no update after that
normally Indian applicants receive PPR within maximum of 4 months after re-medicals

Hi Rainbow. I am doing okay I guess. Ya how come indian visa office give visa so fast and they have more ppl applying than srilanka but its taking forever in srilanka. Good luck with ur MP inquiry. I personally think going through an Mp is just a waste of time cuz I went twice and nothing really changed and they dont really do anything except find out the status which we kind of know ourself.
