Can i ask you few questions ? Y u need indian clearance? Did cic requested you to submit? And how long u were in india? Ru refugee or in tourist visa?

Then you can contact your nearest Indian high-commission which i mentioned on earlier message and you have pay some money not sure about the exact amount(Around 4000). Also if you are in india you can apply through headpolice station where you lived when ur on student visa. Best way is call indian high commision first(which is colombo or jaffna) and you can clarify whether you can apply clearance from here.

It looks like your med expired and no request for re-medical eh? My husband's medical expired in April. Until now, no request for re-medical. Does not look like a good sign at all.
 
last Friday got a new Email asking REASSESSMENT OF MEDICAL After submite the updated shedule A and T4 . Came from Delhi .

what will happens next

It's hard to give an accurate answer when most of us are unsure of their procedure. However, I am guessing PPR request will be the next step. Good Luck :-)

got the re-medical request same day afternoon , submitted T4 And Shedule A in the morning .

if next one is PPR its a great relief ....
