Applied in july 2011 had a interview on June 2012 the interview was done well and there was pending medical and in september 2013 got PPR after submitting the passport for visa receive an letter stating my application was refused due to misrepresentation of not stating in the application that i had a rejected tourist visa for UK.
Got the AOR call in August 2015 withdrawn the appeal and reapply as a new application on December 2015.

Omg you are correct, it has been changed from 13 to 14 months. They changed this like 4 times already from december. It was changed from 9months to 17 months to 13 months to 14 months!! I woudnt be surprised if they changed it again soon gosh!!

wow thats so sad..did they ban you for 2 years?. So is it a mistake or u know that u didnt state that uk visa rejection before u got spouse app refused

The application was filled by my husband in canada I just signed blank application so I didnt even know that there was a question until my visa was refused

Hi my husband in jaffna I am sponsoring him.. For the additional documents instead of asking for schedule A form they asked my husband to submit a travel form did anyone else got requested for that let me know.. But he never travelled outside of srilanka so on the form we put N/A and submitted it
