I got my hard copy on Monday, got the SIN. And started work, so yayyy.

Hello, I'd like to send an email to my local member of Parliament, so do I need to inform all my information like Client ID or ,you know, visa type and so on.

For your info, I applied on Mar 12nd and am still waiting.

I just provided my client id, but then i got a mail back asking me for some more information like:
- when I applied
- was it online or offline

So just send a mail and usually they would get back to you with some information.

Saaz im so happy for you. Ive sent a mail to my mp and i await a response soon. Its almost 3 months i applied now, n i'm getting impatient. I hope her office can help me check whether they've started working on my application or not.

no i'm not a live in caregiver, I used my provincial nomination certificate to apply for the restoration after my post grad work permit expired

I just got confirmation mail that my application is approved!!!!!!My Timeline

(Restoration and work permit extension)with PNP APPROVAL Letter
Application submitted:5th March 2013.
confirmation email:15 June 2013.

I applied on the 18th ofmarch n my status restored on the 19th of june.i'll let you guys know when i get the hard copy in mail. I'm happppppppppppppyyyyyyy

i sent an paper application for my work permit restoration of status on 25-03-2013,and today i checked the processing time for WP with same employer was 77 days ,and it has been 85 days since they receive my application ,so i called the immigration agent for updates on my application and she told me ,because you lost ur status and ur applying for restoration plaz call us in 2 months from now .
really i was so frustrated ,because i cant work and WP took long time .
so please tell me how long the restoration of status process ill take ,and is there any chance to be rejected after all this/

Hi my time line is closer to urs. i sent my file on 28 of march, received on 02 of april. file has been transfer special unit on may 08. so i was told from may 08, will take up to 16 weeks to process. first time i was not serious, was lackage of papers so got refused. i have pnp and pr file no. if i applied paper based first time would be fine, but i did it online and screw up. problems that i am facing after 27 of this month 90 days will be past. hope all of us all the best. no trouble in future. Hi pavd were you given open work permit or closed work permit. I applied with my provincial nomination certificate, n when i got my work permit in mail today, i discovered its a closed work permit n i need open. Were u given open work permit?
