I have a quick question. I am presently working in a NOC 0,A,B job so that makes my spouse eligible for extension of work permit. I need to know about the additional documents to be attached with the application.

Exactly 34 days process as stated on cic website

But as I know that if some one wants to apply restoration then cant be apply online
Any I appyied as well.
My Soliciter said we must apply paper based .

Hi everyone i am going to apply for restoration with visitor.. can anyone please tell me if i can just show bank certificate that i have these many funds in account instead of showing bank statements. Because i am going to put 12000$ in total and from that half i will deposit by cash to show the balance.. please help..

Hi, may I know how long does it take to apply by paper to restore my status as visitor?
(I got my wp extension refused because no lima)
And is it okay if I remain in Canada while waiting my result?(even it takes for 3 -4 mths?)
What are some reasons for getting refused for that restoration as a visitor?

I applied for restoration of my open work permit on may 13 2016, today I got this massage:

This refers to your application for work permit received at our office on 05/13/2016.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the processing of your request will take longer than anticipated.

Your submission will be reviewed within twelve (12) weeks from the date on this correspondence.

so today I went to my Local MP and asked for his help>> Can he actually help now that my file passed normal processing time?!

I submitted Restoration of status work permit on Aug 23, 2016 and still waiting for it. Called IRCC and call center agent says it may take up to Feb 2017. Is there anybody applied for the restoration and received it according to processing time?

Hi guys, just wondering how can I get restoration of status OWP if I have to stop working. My WP extension was refused. I have a nomination letter confirmation tho. Please, any ideas? Should I apply online normally as I did for Work Permit Extention?
