Processing time for ICT Work Permit from India

Hi, this seems super quick. I applied under GSS and application received by IRCC on 26 May, no news on Police Clearance or any other update for me as of date...Can you share when did you receive the Police Clearance request from IRCC?

I dont remember having to go through police clearance (either during my business visa or work permit). And honestly, reading through the horror stories of delays, I did not expect it to be so quick. If someone wants to know my profile, qualification, past travel history, etc can ask me although I'm not sure if that matters.

Hi, Did you get any updates between your Biometric date (18 May, 2022) and Passport submission request (5 Aug) either from your agent / IRCC?

Pre Medicals : 12th May 2022
Application submitted : 2nd June 2022
Biometrics submission : 10th June 2022
Medical result is passed on 6th July 2022

After medical result their is no update received,

Hi - if your application is under GSS category that is NOC O or A job, then the current trend is 70-90 days from biometrics. Currently applicants who filed their application end of May are receiving updates. Is this for any location or only for India? I so want to believe this , I am 11 weeks done since Biometrics. Btw, is this 70-90 days referring to working days / calendar days?

It doesn't matter where the application was filed as all GSS category files go to Edmonton for processing. its calendar days Good luck!

My application fall under LMIA exempted and NOC-2171 Which was provided by company lawyer. This category will fall in GSS

i know but how do you specify in the application? There as one area for the questionnaire that would ask if you are applying under GSS, beside there any other place when you filled the application. Also what is your time line?

i applied on 25/02/2022 and biometrics done on 7/3/2022, still saying online status "Review of Eligibility". How do i confirm that my application is processed as GSS program. I sent many messages to web inquiry, but the response is generic and doesn't tell me anything.

I think the employer/lawyer had to submit application if its gss. However, I think yours looks like its non gss because it has passed the average time so you are being processed under normal india processing times?
