Processing time for Federal PR after nominated by AINP

As I already applied in October 25, 2018 haven't received File Number yet.

Hello, can someone please help? I send my federal file on Sep 28th, 2018 under Ainp. I got my medical on May 9th, 2019 and passed the medical on May 23rd, 2019. When will I get my passport request? some say after 2-3 months of medical and some say after 18 months? it's confusing. If someone knows anything please help me.
