please do help me...I received an e-mail from canada immigration here in manila. asking to submit my police clearance in hong kong, one of the requirements in obtaining hong kong police clearance is to have the letter from immigration requesting the production of the said clearance. the immigration noted that if I would obtain the clearance in hong kong i must send an e-mail to them they give me the e-mail add. so i e-mail them back to request about the letter to the hong kong police for my police clearance. they just send me a confirmtion letter that they receive my e-mail and says
We confirm receipt of your email to the Manila Visa Office.
We will review your message shortly and if you do not receive a reply
within our service standards (28 days),
since they only gave us due date until april 14,2013 to submit all the documents i'm afraid i may not able to do so...if they would not send me the letter as soon as possible... please help...
