Processing centre for sponsers outside Canada

I'm a Canadian citizen living in Iran. I want to sponser my Iranian husband.Do I send my application to the CIC in Damuscus or do I send it to the processing centre in Mississsauga? Once again I'm currently living in Iran and will do so until my husband's PR visa arrives.

you still send it to mississauga. Be sure to include proof that you'll return, or at least a plan of action with the application.

Thank you for your quick reply. So I should send my documents to Mississauga? What happens with my husband's documents and the fees? should they be sent seperately to Damascus or will we have to wait until Missisauga gives us a file number?
Please help. I'm clueless :'(

You put your sponsorship forms and your husband's immigration forms into one envelope and mail the whole thing to Mississauga. Hope this helps.

Everything should be sent to Mississauga. When Mississauga is done with their part, they will send it to Damascus.
