Processing at Winnipeg IRCC

I think Hong Kong only be responsible for the last step - sending PPR letter. cuz last week when I contacted them, my file was still at Winnipeg.

this was an email asking me to check my account, then I see the PPR letter. nothing else. no ghost update

He was CEC outland so application was mainly processed in Winnipeg. Only for stamping they send Hongkong because he lives there

Nope nothing! I spoke with Call centre agent she told me eligibility is passed and Winnipeg office put a note on my file last week ok July 24 that needs more time to process but she said only last steps going on! So fingers crossed for tomorrow !!

you got your PPR request or you are waiting to get from hongkong office? what was mention in the letter that you received in cic account? who written that winnipeg? could you please let us know content in the letter?
