No way, Man They finalized 17 Dec application today, we are 8 feb , I have feeling that I will get PPR because my address is not exactly Toronto, its Scarborough , I know a lot of people from scarborough getting PPR instead of direct landing interview. Any ideas ?

I have a friend who lives in North York and he had to go Niagara to do the landing, but that was in October 2017. I don't know if IRCC Etobicoke was doing landing interview at that time, so might not be relevant but just wanted to share
