we paid our RPRF fee at the end of august 2012 when they requested it from us
and we just saw on the cic website that it says " We started processing **** ***** application on September 17, 2012."
so it took them almost a month after receiving the rprf payment to start processing the application... how much longer do you think it is from this point?
