Processed Visa application has been released by ## to !! . received only sms

Hello friends,

I applied for student visa on 30th of October and received the below message this noon..

Processed visa application ref no. CHEA/301013/00##/## has been released by the Canadian Hign Commission/Consulate "TO" Delhi/Chandigarh centre on 03/12/2013.
Also I found below message in Canada-Vfs website

"Please be informed Canada Visa Application Centre, New Delhi will remain closed on 4 December 2013, Wednesday on account of Delhi State Assembly Elections. However the call Centre will remain open as usual."

What this implies? My application has been processed or not? Approved or not?
Do anyone received this kind of message today?
If rejected how would I come to know the reason of rejection?

I done medical checkup 2-3 weeks prior to applying date of visa. Got no emails and sms in the middle.

wht did u told thm ?? frm where u wil receve ur pasport .. ur aplictn is procesed u have to get ur pasport ,, where ever u told thm while aplying

I applied in chennai vfs. next day it reached new delhi. at noon i received that msg. when i sms track again it says passport has been dispatched to you.
now i tracked in vfs website. got as below,
Passport has been dispatched through Courier via Airway Bill #:. You can track your passport Status by visiting the bluedart website

I applied in chennai vfs. next day it reached new delhi. at noon i received that msg. when i sms track again it says passport has been dispatched to you.
now i tracked in vfs website. got as below,
Passport has been dispatched through Courier via Airway Bill #:. You can track your passport Status by visiting the bluedart website

Whatsoever I received passport yesterday evening with visa approved ;D
No Emails I received, which made me so confused about the visa approval ..
