Processed Paspport dispatched & how to link to GCkey account

Hi there,

My in-laws applied for visitor visa first week of Feb from Pakistan. Their processed passports have been dispatched to the local VAC office. I have tried to link their paper application several times to the online account but have not been successful. I do have the tracking ID. Is there anyway I can look up their status online? They won't be receiving the passport until Wednesday.
