Process Times for AOR

I am writing to ask for some advice,

My provincial nominee was approved, and last month on the 24th of August 2020, DHL confirmed that my documentation for the federal application process was received at the intake office (Citizenship & Immigration Canada Provincial Nominee Program Centralized Intake Office 49 Dorchester Street Sydney, NS B1P 5Z2 Canada).

Over a month has passed and I have not received any information regarding an AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) of any sort...

I have tried all means possible of communication and yet unsuccessful.

I can't find the process times anywhere on the internet for AOR...

What do you recommend I should do?

it should take up to 18 weeks but because of the corona it can take up to 6 months
