Process of pr card

Hi,i requested for my pr card about 60days ago.and when i call the agent said it still in process ,and decision not make about it.
I need to leave canada in couples of days .can i leave canada and expect to my pr sent to the address that i gave them????
I whant to come back again with prtd and pick it up.

If you got your COPR, then you are free to go. The only limit is that you will need a PRTD to return to Canada.
