Get a lawyer. You became common law before you became a PR, so you should have declared that to IRCC. Sponsorship is now petty much impossible(unless you want to renounce and reapply yourself). Your status is probably safe, but she should start looking for other immigration options.

i am sponsor and I was also living with my girlfriend when I got my PR but didn't declare it. when I submit the common law PR application for her, I clarify in the explanation letter said I live with PA but we don't claim the common law relationship at that time.

So what actually is your saturation?
Are you a sponsor or a principle applicant under Family Class sponsorship?
I don't really know what is PAL under family class. And AIP is usually the last step before final decision.
