Hello, I have a question regarding the 'Procedural Fairness Letter'.
I know that the letters are issued to PR applicants found inadmissible but do IRCC issue PFLs to TRV applicants as well? I wasn't sure because IRB doesn't even grant appeals for TRVs at IAD.
