Hello everyone,
I received a PFL on July 2 and had my answer submitted to the Immigration on July 29. The main concern of the officer was on the overlapping time of my studies and work -- when I started working full-time, I took an online course and it misled the understanding of my situation, as apparently, the officer understood that I was studying and working full-time simultaneously. The answers to the letter were written by a lawyer's office, explaining the situation. My question is: is there a timeframe to get the approval/refuse from the immigration after that? In other words, how long I would need to wait to have an answer from the Immigration after this submission? I just wanted to get my PR as soon as possible, like everyone here, I guess

Thanks.
For the first time submission, I only have 2, as we opened account on December,2017. But when later we received the additional document request, we submitted all we have till December,2018
Hi how long after you submitted your app did you receive the first request for additional documents? Did they request 2 times?

Provide them with further proofs of relationship and show them that the sponsor will be able to support both of you. What issues are you facing?

Yes, they see it as a red flag if no friends and family at wedding. You need to add letters from parents ( yours and hers) and some friends that they know you and approve your relation. Also better to make visits to each other....
How did you meet your wife? How many times did you meet in person before you got married? How long were the visits? Why were there limited guests at your wedding? How many times after you were married did you visit each other? Where are you from originally? Where is your wife from? Was the marriage a traditional wedding and if it wasn’t, why? How long have you been married? What does she do for work? Do either of you send money to each other?
These are some of the things IRCC will be looking at and questioning. You’ll need solid answers and proof to go with these to overcome the PFL. Essentially IRCC has already made their decision (that’s why you got the PFL) and it’s now up to you to change their minds. They’ve already done their background inquiries to justify their position.

yes you are right. As PFL recieved we met immediately and I sent recent photos and financial proofs.
After PFL how long it will take to get reply from them
Meeting after you received the PFL will do nothing to alleviate their concerns. That’s simply you trying to add proof after the fact. As I said, they have already made their decision. What proof do you have from before the PFL?
We are relatives . We know each other . We are in contacts since 2017
