Hi Friends after a long wait I received now a procedural fairness letter. My question is after responding properly with all proves and reply to all concerns of IO what are the chances of application acceptance.

Unfortunately that's impossible for any of us to say. It will depend on what IRCC mentioned in the fairness letter and what you provided as a response.
