I've sent the answer so my app in Background check its been there since 12/19
till now i don't know if they even accepted us or refused ?
any similar situation ?

They are most likely still reviewing the response to your PFL to determine if your application will be approved or refused. It can take many months for IRCC to make a decision once a PFL is sent and everything is even slower now due to COVID-19. If you haven't done so recently, I would recommend that you order your GCMS notes to see what they say about your case.

Unfortunately if you have access to Ukrainian citizenship you don’t need protection from Canada. Likely there will be some research done to see if you will be able to live in the Ukraine with your wife’s citizenship. When it comes to getting asylum you must make sure that you have no other safe place to live through citizenships of spouse or grandparents.

Dear All, i need help i applied for Touristic visa canada was rejected and i did not mention in the Stat Question i have refusal visa from USA hence i applied for sponsorship i have mentioned and my previous TRV application just fill up but in the current one i make sure every thing detailed how ever i order GCMS notes in the notes was Sat question required review shu A REVIEW Required shall i sen them letter and explain to them before coming back to me please please advise me
Just received PFL today under family sponsorship.migrated in Canada as a refugee 10yrs ago .now a citizen and I recently sponsored my 10 year old son under a pilot project which allow protected person to sponsor their undeclared dependents and the VO officer sent me a PFL letter stating that he think my son may be inadmissible
I honestly don’t have money to pay the lawyer but want to know if my explanation of which program I applied for and why I did not include my son.
Help needed if you have an idea of what I should do .I am surprised the officer does not no about the public policy I applied under
