Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL)

Hi All,

I am new to the Forum.
I have received PFL (Procedural Fairness Letter) PFL from Visa Office London (VOL) regarding low IELTS according to the job specification.
Please guide about the solutions, what should i do?
I am under PNP Manitoba and already got nomination letter but now VOL sent this.

Any one expert can help me to find out the way. Anybody on the same boat ..

Experts needs your help and advise.

You have to retake ielts with an extra ordinary preparation. I think your ielts score is around 4 or 4.5. Now try to provide them around 5.5 sore in each component within 2 months.
Don't worry . Many guys have got success after that.

I am trying to improve IELTS score, should i engage a lawyer as I checked Province is supporting my nomination and it' LVO who had sent this...

Any expert advise please.. or any body who had experienced this and get through the process..

You have to improve your ielts score it does not matter if you are nominated already. Because federal government dont see that you will establish yourself in canada with low english knowledge.

Sorry for my delay in response.. i am from Pakistan.

Bellow is my scores;

Band : 5.5, Writing 5.5 , Listening 5 , Speaking 6.5 and reading 4.5

occupation which you indicate you would intend to
pursue in Canada is purchase manager as same nominated by Province.

Do you have any guidelines which score is good as i am really worried.

Dear Mustafam.
AOA. Yours NOC code is 0113 that's you already nominated from Manitoba or another Noc code.Please checked it currently your Noc is in occupation demand list of Manitoba. You are from Karachi or another city. Regards.
