Did you apply for sponsorship while in Canada? If you are a PR did you remain in Canada during the sponsorship process? Are you working and can you show that you can support your spouse financially? How much time have you spent in person with your spouse? Are there any flags when it come to the relationship like large age difference, religious differences, spouse having attempted to work abroad, study abroad or immigrate to Canada or other countries, etc. These questions address common reasons for sponsorship denials.
